Abuse Bites, CEO, Lisa Freeman, her family & dogs, as well as the whole Abuse Bites Team have appeared on various TV (ABC, FOX, TCT), radio interviews, and featured in newspapers all over Michigan for their advocacy and efforts to stop homelessness, abuse, bullying, and violence.
Everyone in the Freeman family, even their dogs were abused. Now they're fighting back to end the war on bullying. Tragically one of their family members, Brian, passed away last summer, but they are still determined, as he was, to stop bullying, and have vowed to go all over the USA in his honor/memory. Change of Heart for Brian
They are currently holding various fundraisers so they can raise the large sum of money it will take to go on a mission of this nature. Some of the fundraisers being planned are the 2nd Annual Bully Buster Contest (as a kid/teen school incentive program to stop bullying all school year through), 1st Annual 5K9 Walk & Talk, and their 3rd Annual Benefit for Change to Stop Abuse.
