Volunteer Positions

Position: Bully Buster Program--BE A BULLY BUSTER IN YOUR AREA

Description: Kids, Teens, & Adults start a BULLY BUSTER Group in your area to STOP BULLYING in your schools and community.(BONUS!!! Sign the Bully Buster Pledge and enter our Bully Buster Contest and get a FREE BULLY BUSTER PIN! a $3.50 Value! while supplies last.)

Requirements: People of all ages, shapes, sizes, and of diverse groups who are passionate about stopping bullying & abuse and want to bring our Abuse Bites program to their area (city, community, state). Must sign the Abuse Bites Bully Buster Pledge, be a mentor in your area, and work with your schools & community to bring in an Abuse Bites Community Wide event. Please include a letter of interest with name, address, email, phone, school you attend or hope to reach, and specify why you want to be a bully buster when submitting pledge. contact us

Position: PR REP

Description: A person(s) who is passionate about writing news stories, can write and submit press releases to major media throughout the USA via email and mail about our Abuse Bites Programs.

Requirements: Person(s) must have great writing, social, and internet skills. Would be a plus to be a published author or have some work in public relations and/or media, but not necessary. We'll train the right person. Please submit resume and letter of interest: contact us

Position: WEB DESIGNER

Description: Someone who knows web design and would want to keep our AbuseBites.com site updated while we travel.

Requirements: Preferably someone with some college or on the job experience with computers, html & css code. Please submit resume and letter of interest: contact us

Position: GRANT WRITER

Description: Someone who knows how to write grants and submit them for non-profit organizations.

Requirements: Preferably someone with prior grant writing experience. Please submit resume and letter of interest: contact us

Position: EVENTS COORDINATOR

Description: Someone who is great at planning both big and small events. This could include booking us at different places to speak, planning a community wide event, or even working on planning fundraising events.

Position: STATE REPS

Description: Adults who are passionate about our program and the story behind it, who want to start an ABUSE BITES CHAPTER in their state, to further our mission, like our son, Brian wanted, so we can reach every state in the USA with our message--Abuse Bites, But True Love Heals.
